Frequently asked questions
Do I need to wear any special clothing for class?
Loose comfortable clothing with soft footwear or bare feet.
Is it possible to join a class if the term has already started?
Yes, that is fine as everyone is working at their own level or pace as either a beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Do I need to bring anything?
A bottle of water if required. At the end of each term I go through a relaxation/visualisation meditation where you can bring something to lay on if you wish or you can be seated.
