The Class Info
The new rules for distancing and the gatherings of more than six at present ‘allow’ group exercise classes as long as they are organised under Covid-secure guidelines. All class venues have robust risk assessments.
Online sessions are available via zoom each Monday from 12.30pm – 1.30pm and Friday mornings from 11am – 12pm.

What classes are like?
Classes have a relaxed, informative and informal atmosphere and are suitable for everyone regardless of their age, health condition or ability. Classes are open to everyone.
How I teach
This style of Tai Chi focuses on the internal and meditative aspects to promote inner health, well-being and calmness. Students are gently taught the necessary fundamental elements of tai chi for example; the correct body alignment, balance, breathing and posture which slowly develops over time. Form movements are gradually introduced as students learn each sequence. This enables students to explore and feel the movements thus increasing body and mind awareness and how they individually experience tai chi.

Lao Tzu’s philosophy of Tai Chi and Yang Fu’s 10 Essential points.
The 24 Yang Style Short Form & Immortal Flute Bang Form set 1.
Classes include Mindfulness Meditations/Visualisations for relaxation and to promote energy awareness.
Classes involve Tai Chi and Qigong exercises and movements.
