Class Info: Due to the current Tier 4 Covid restrictions only Zoom classes are available at the present time.
Online sessions are available via zoom each Monday from 11am – 12pm and Friday mornings from 11am – 12pm.

What classes are like?
The class Info; Classes are relaxed, informative and informal.
Are suitable for everyone regardless of age, condition of health, experience or ability.
Open to everyone.
How I teach
I focus on the internal and meditative aspects to promote inner health, well-being and calmness. Students are gently taught the necessary fundamental elements of Tai Chi and Qigong, for example; Correct body alignment and posture which slowly develops over time.

Tai Chi form movements are gradually introduced as students learn each sequence, this enables students to explore, experience and feel the movements for themselves.
What I Teach
Shibashi Set 1 & 2, Fragrant Qigong, 8 Strands Brocade, Old Man’s Breathing, bang massage, qigong head and face massage and slow walking.
