How I teach

Tai Chi movements are gradually introduced as students learn each new sequence. Learning slowly helps students to explore, experience and feel the movements for themselves. I focus on the internal and meditative aspects to help create a sense of calmness.  Students are gently taught the necessary fundamental elements of Tai Chi and Qigong. Please see the link below.
