How I teach

I focus on the internal and meditative aspects to promote inner health, well-being and calmness. Students are gently taught the necessary fundamental elements of Tai Chi and Qigong, for example; Correct body alignment and posture which slowly develops over time.

Tai Chi form movements are gradually introduced as students learn each sequence, this enables students to explore, experience and feel the movements for themselves.
